How did I get into Web Design and Podcast Management?
My professional journey started in 2006 as a foreign language assistant at Hengeler Mueller, an international law firm in Düsseldorf, Germany. A year later, I moved to the Australian outback and worked in the office of a DIY and irrigation business in Alice Springs, where I learned how to plan effective marketing campaigns together with local designers – always with a focus on what is realistic and practical.
Back in Germany, I spent more than ten years in purchasing and sales, managing international projects for TV shopping clients such as QVC UK, QVC France, and TVSN Australia. Regular coordination with partners in London, Paris, Milan, and Sydney was part of my daily work – including project coordination, product development, and professional English communication across different time zones.
My step into self-employment grew out of my personal podcast project Fielou and a deep interest in audio storytelling. Today, as a Germany-based freelancer for web design and podcast management, I combine podcast experience, technical know-how, and structured organisation. In February 2026 I completed advanced training in web development, online marketing, and multimedia creation with AI to connect podcasts, websites, and content creation even better – and to continuously expand my services for English-speaking clients worldwide.
Who I work best with
I work best with people who know what they want – or at least know what they no longer want to do themselves. If you're looking for a reliable partner who works in a structured way, thinks ahead and doesn't escalate every small detail: this is a good fit. If you need someone to develop your ideas first and then implement them – let's find out in a discovery call whether and how that could work.
