Your questions – my answers

Here you will find answers to the questions I am asked most frequently. This allows you to quickly get an overview and find the information you need.

How does the collaboration with you actually work?

We'll start with a free introductory call to discuss your goals, priorities, and requirements. Only once I fully understand your needs will I prepare a tailored proposal – with clearly defined services and transparent pricing, no hidden fees. This way, you'll always know exactly what to expect. After that, we'll decide which tasks I'll take on and how we'll stay in touch – for example via email, Zoom, or Teams. You'll receive regular updates so you always have full visibility.

What sets you apart from other virtual assistants?

I work with a keen eye for detail, more than 15 years of international experience and clear, transparent communication. For you, this means precise results, structured processes and no surprises.

I don't have a website or podcast yet - can you still support me?

Absolutely. I will accompany you from the very beginning – whether it's your first podcast or setting up a professional website. Together, we will create a clear structure that suits your business.

I have a small business with a limited budget - is a VA worthwhile for me?

Yes. A VA makes sense especially for small businesses or self-employed people, because you get targeted support without having to hire someone permanently. You save time, avoid overload and can concentrate on your core business.

Do you also work with clients on a long-term basis?

Yes, very much so, especially for podcast support. But project-based support is also possible - you decide what suits you best.

How can you help if I need assistance at short notice?

I plan my projects in a structured manner, but always keep some buffer time free for my existing customers. So if there's ever an urgent issue, we can find a solution.

Do you also offer your services to international customers?

Yes. During my many years working in purchasing and sales, English was my main working language - I regularly collaborated with international partners such as QVC UK, QVC France and TVSN in Australia. Today, I apply this experience specifically in my work as a virtual assistant. For international clients, working with me offers an additional advantage: due to the time difference, companies from Australia or the USA, for example, can hand over tasks in the evening - and the results are already in their inbox the next morning.
